Planning A Party For This Christmas
Shopping December 12th, 2007Christmas is the time of the year that calls for get to- gathers and lots of fun. Family, friends all come together to enjoy and have fun. But arranging a party for such times needs a little bit of homework. It is usually a once a year affair and so you want to give the best shot to the party. A good party will make the people attending the party to cherish it for months to come.
To make you’re this year’s Christmas party different, give out a customized invitation card. A small sonnet with a bottle of champagne will be very impressive. This done the next important thing is to prepare for the drinks.
For the Christmas it will be interestingly unique to have the names of all your beer recipes begin with “c”. Now you can try Christmas pudding, one portion of southern comfort and drambuie each and mix it with five portions of Guinness stout and serve it in a wine glass. You can do the same for cocktail recipes, give them interesting names like hot Russian Christmas drink and give it your signature style drink recipes.
Keep mild alcoholic drink recipes in the party, so that people can enjoy the party rather than start to jump all the night. My favourite is “chocolate covered cherry drink”, Godiva chocolate liqueurs in a shot glass topped up with grenadine and enjoy.
